Since the inception of the DU Microsystems and Nanoengineering Lab, we have been fortunate to be joined by a cohort of highly motivated students who began their research journey with us during their third year of undergraduate studies. The success of the lab—and my own professional journey—is deeply rooted in the dedication of these extraordinary individuals. We are now proud to celebrate a major milestone as two of these students, Esha and Anik, have published the lab’s first paper in IEEE Transactions. Notably, this research serves as Esha’s Master’s thesis; achieving a publication in such a prestigious journal while only in her first semester of graduate studies is a remarkable feat. We extend our warmest congratulations to Esha and Anik on this significant achievement.
