S. M. Ali Emam is a Graduate Research Assistant at the Microsystems & Nanoengineering Laboratory, University of Dhaka, where he is currently pursuing his M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He received his B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Dhaka in 2025. His research interests include the development of flexible sensing platforms for environmental monitoring, biosensing, and wearable applications. He has a particular focus on laser-induced graphene-based sensors and their integration with machine learning, IoT, and robotics to enable next-generation intelligent sensing technologies.
