This project focuses on the development of a groundbreaking Flexible, Stretchable, and Single-molecule-sensitive SERS-active sensor. This innovative sensor utilizes gold nanoparticles on a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrate to achieve flexibility, stability, transparency, and biocompatibility. The sensor demonstrates an exceptional SERS Enhancement Factor of approximately 10^11, surpassing previous limits, while maintaining a
